Troughs

We manufacture cattle and sheep water troughs from 2ft 0in up to 10ft 0in, in three different widths and depths. They can also be supplied with either a loose or welded-in service box. Becoming increasingly popular are tipping water troughs, which we manufacture in two sizes – 2000mm (6ft 6in) and 3000mm (10ft 0in). They come complete with legs and service box welded at one end. Customers can choose to buy a fittings kit or acquire the parts from their local supplier. For an excellent addition to any made-to-measure layout, consider one of our swivel troughs, built into a fence panel or gate. This design enables dirty water to be easily tipped out and replaced with clean drinking water.

Beef trough

Our portable beef troughs are available in two sizes: 8ft long as standard, and a 10ft-long, large-capacity one. Perfect for feeding inside or out in the field.

Tipping trough

Any dairyman will tell you that one of the key factors in higher milk yield is a supply of fresh, clean water. These 2m and 3m troughs are a necessity in any modern cubicle housing and allow for rapid emptying if fouling occurs.

Hook-over trough

Suitable for feeding calves and sheep indoors and out. These troughs come in the following lengths: 3ft, 4ft, 6ft and 8ft.

Hook-on cattle trough

These made-to-order troughs can be manufactured in any overall length and come in two widths: 2ft and 2ft 6in. The hooks are to allow easy fitment to a diagonal feed fence barrier.
