Hine hydraulic cattle crush

New!! Designed by Batemans with the safety of both animal and operator in mind, the innovative new Hine hydraulic cattle crush introduces remote control to provide a new level of animal welfare and operator security. Features include a hydraulically operated, fully adjustable head yoke, hydraulically operated tandem sides for animal comfort and restraint, chin lift for working around animal's head, matting and cladding to floor and sides for quietness and easier cleaning, drop-down top-access doors and hinged lower doors for clipping, front doors for injecting and TB testing, and much more. Universal cattle crush

The Universal cattle crush is an excellent general-purpose treatment crush, featuring a sliding panel on either side for access to the neck and shoulders, and yoke doors that have TB access gates built into them. The crush has a traditional-style backing-up bar and fork lift channels for easy lifting. A three-point linkage attachment is optional. (Note that this cattle crush does not permit foot trimming.)

Empire cattle crush

The Empire cattle crush has a similar specification to the Universal, except that it has two removable rails on the sides for easy access, and foot-trimming equipment can be added to the crush.

Devon cattle crush

The Devon cattle crush has an automatic self-closing yoke and a revolving rump bar, which makes it ideally suited for beef cattle. It has fully opening sides – perfect for clipping cattle – and can also be used as a Caesarean crush. An excellent addition to the Devon cattle crush is the Super Scoop, which can be purchased at a later date and added to the crush. A foot-trim package can be added as an optional extra to this crush. The floor is a standard chequer-plate design with no raised sides, so that in the event of the animal going down in the crush, it can still be removed through the side.

Ambassador cattle crush

The Ambassador cattle crush is an ideal crush for dairy animals, with its scissor-action yoke and our unique revolving rump bar. It has fully opening side gates, perfect for work to the sides, and may also be used as a Caesarean crush. A foot-trim package can be added to this crush as an optional extra. The floor is a standard chequer-plate design with no raised sides, so that in the event of the animal going down in the crush, it can still be removed through the side.

Tamar cattle crush

See the DVD of the Tamar cattle crush in use. With the unique hydraulic chin-lift and adjustable sides, this crush can handle almost all sizes of cattle, from calves up to your biggest bull. Incorporates drop-down rump bar and swing-out side doors. Front doors incorporate inner panels with ratchet systems, trough-shaped floor and patented self-locking yoke system.

Mobile cattle crush

This crush is based on the Tamar cattle crush with its unique chin lift system. The race includes sliding door and personnel access gates together with eight 1650 high hurdles. The complete unit is mounted on a substantial chassis, incorporating hydraulically retractable wheels.
